Guide to 🧥Thrifting in Kyoto: What to do in 🇯🇵

Had more luck thrifting in Kyoto than Osaka! We highly recommend 📍2nd Street⭐️ which is a chain thrift store around Japan! We went to 2 of their outlets and managed to grab quite a few stuffs such as 2 blazers and 1 skirt ($5ea) from the first outlet for myself whereas my bf got a few jackets and outerwears for around $10each, pretty decent and worth. Recommended this place to my friend and she bought 7 items there 🤯

🏷️🤑 Prices starts as low as ¥300 and can go up to hundreds for the actual vintage collectibles such as Baseball jackets. But overall a 10/10 thrifting place with clothes that are relatively clean and clear of stains and holes unlike Osaka!! (Refer to my previous post for thrifting in Osaka)

Anyways, there are quite a few outlets around Kyoto so just google and visit as many as you can because thrift shopping is really a hit or a miss!

Leave about 1-1.5h especially if you're planning to try on the clothes!!
