Fat Cow is a luxurious and exclusive Japanese steakhouse specializing in premium cuts of Wagyu beef. I was so excited to try it as it appears to feature in almost every sgfoodie’s list / blog post on the best steaks in Singapore. And it certainly did not disappoint.

We tried their Premium Donburi bowls - melt in your mouth wagyu steak on Japanese rice, paired with herring roe, foie gras, onsen egg, truffle oil. You can pick your cut (and price) of wagyu from Australian Wagyu MB6 ($98), Miyazaki A4 Wagyu ($128) or 21 Days Dry-aged Nagasaki A5 Wagyu ($158). We got the Australian Wagyu (the most affordable one LOL)

With the classy elegant ambience with wood and bronze elements, this is definitely a place to bring someone you want to impress.
