Dealing with fibroids and cysts, my periods used to feel like an endless nightmare. But recently, I’ve found some steps that have made a world of difference. Here’s what’s been working for me:

1. Drinking a mixture of pineapple and cranberry juice a day before my period. (A glass a day until it ends)

2. Staying hydrated with about 70 oz of water daily.

3. Switching to cotton pads – the best decision ever!
