🤔Cons: torturous workout & transitioning is a bit confusing at first. No time to recover from each workout.
Classical Pilates 👍Pros: focuses more on functional movement, flexibility, breathe work and core stability.
Classical Pilates is low impact, improves posture, flexibility, balance, core stability and strength.
🤔Cons: Takes time to see results, limited availability and expensive. Some reformer machines jam into your shoulders.

I personally feel more centered around classical Pilates. It is low impacted and more dance & movement focused. Classical has definitely gotten me lean, toned and lengthy.
I do love a MegaFormer class once in the blue moon!
