Unique Peking Duck Experience!! 🦆🦆

Went to Kai Duck for my birthday celebration and I love how it has very different variations to Peking Duck!! There are normal Peking duck but since I’m already here, I just gotta get the special ones!

🍴Peking Duck Salad Handroll

Japanese fusion vibes!! Totally got reminded of the sushi handroll, except its a crepe skin!!

Cripsy skin with the usual peking duck ingredients and a special sauce!!

🍴Sliced Peking Duck with crackers

Thin crispy skin on top of the cracker with peanut sauce!! Fancy plating hahaha

Honestly this was pretty special but there was no meat?? A little disappointed for this because I don’t think it is really worth the money!! ;-;

The other dishes were pretty good too! Love the eggplant and the mala fish
