first sem dihantar Psychiatrist

dear lovers, Bismillah

this topic makes me so vulnerable I can't believe I'm sharing this here. cus I feel like a weak person or negative for talking about things I hate. The first semester of my degree is finished and now I have a psychiatrist appointment every month.

-Before final my eyes bengkak so bad plus a bad headache. then I pergi KK with high blood pressure. I also have gastric and migraine. Ambik darah, thyroid normal. lymphocyte count low and doctor suggests buat whooley test untuk mental health. now I'm diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder but symptoms i banyak tunjuk ADHD. doctor is still figuring out my real diagnosis and I hope I'll get the result next month.

- mental health is not something yang biasa. I hampir buta bcs I tak check. my family mindset is kita ada Allah, takkan sakit mental ceni. untuk cop seseorang jauh dari Tuhan sbb dia ada mental health is WRONG ❌ I makin tenang sekarang lepas diagnosed. my favourite way of calming myself is when i pray solat taubah. hati tenang sangat and makin dekat dengan Allah.

- my concern is now memanglah I'm happier sebab tengah cuti Sem. nanti bukak semester baru idk if I can do it again "(
