I just got back from Da Nang, Vietnam and it was the first time I went to Vietnam!! Sharing my itinerary cos my friends say I seem to cover a lot in these few days 🤣🤣 Planned by my bf i just vibed HAHHAA

Day 1

Arrived in Vietnam at about 1pm

Checked in to hotel - Stella Maris Beach Da Nang

The views of My Khe Beach from the hotel were 💯

Lunch at Nhà Bếp Xưa Restaurant

The best beef pho I had here!! Also tried the vietnamese pancake. The staff spoke to me in korean 🤭

Marble Mountains - Do note it closes at 5pm so you gotta head there earlier!

Dinner around Son Tra Night Market + Dragon Bridge

We had $20 Garlic Butter lobster and fruit smoothies here. Also bought crochet capybara at about $2 each~

It was raining by the time we went to Dragon Bridge, and it's a bit crowded, so use Galaxy AI to remove the people behind you 🤣 Going anywhere from my hotel requires passing Dragon Bridge so it's widely used by locals!!

We ended off the night having drinks at the rooftop bar in the hotel.

Day 2

Started the day with hotel breakfast, then headed to Ba Na Hills

The ride was about 40 min from Da Nang.

We used the same Grab driver from Day 1 and bought the no-frills ticket on Klook.

The cable car ride offered stunning views, and the Golden Bridge was super foggy!

Reaching at 8.30am was a good choice though - there were significantly less people compared to 11am, which was the time we left.

We smuggled in some Vietnamese Spring rolls packed yesterday from Son Tra Night Market.

Lunch at Son Tra Marina, a quiet spot with great seafood and relaxing views. It's quite warm and sunny there though, a contrast to Ba Na Hills which was quite cold!

We then went to Linh Ung Pagoda and prayed to the tall majestic Guan Yin.

Passed by Green Lake Danang for some quick photos.

Ended the day with a sunset walk along My Khe Beach. Although it's a sunrise beach, the golden hour still made for a beautiful end to the day.

Tried to swim in the hotel rooftop pool to end the day, but it was super windy, and we gave up 😆

For dinner, we dabao some street food back to hotel and had some egg banh mi at $1.05 and fried rice paper snack at $2+.

The street food vendor was illegal, though, so when the police came, the vendor left, and we couldn't get another serving though it was soooo good!

Day 3

We had our last hotel breakfast and ate some beef pho.

Then we left for the airport, got some Vietnamese coffee with coconut milk, and banh mi for lunch!

The saddest thing was the prices were in USD - super expensive compared to the prices outside. I regretted not dabaoing into the airport!!
