Super easy white cheddar mac!

Ingredients:

- 3/4 stick of butter

- 4 cups of milk

- 1 bag of White chedder shredded cheese

(Save a little for topping)

- 1 bag of Monterey Jack

- Seasoning of your choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder)

- 1 box of shelled noodles

- (Dashes of flour if needed to thicken)

Detailed Steps: Heat stove on high, melt your butter in a large pot, once melted pour in the milk and constantly stir to prevent burning and curdling, once it’s combined and at a high temperature slowly add in your cheeses until cheese melts into your sauce, add in your seasonings and remember to constantly stir, next add your sauce to your boiled shells and place into a baking dish and place into your oven with some extra sprinkles of cheese on top, broil for about 10 minutes or longer remember to check every couple minutes to prevent burning 🤍💛
