Creamy Mac & Cheese that everyone loves ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿง€ Here, Iโ€™ve used evaporated milk for richness, a roux for thickening, mild cheddar cheese and a touch of nutmeg.

Ingredients:

- Elbow Macaroni pasta 2 cup

- Mild cheddar cheese (3 cup shredded)

- Evaporated milk (1 can)

- AP flour 2 tbsp

- Unsalted butter 3 tbsp

- Freshly grated nutmeg 1 tsp

- Kosher salt 1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Cook elbow macaroni pasta in salted water for 10-15 mins or until soft

2. Drain and set aside

3. Make a roux by mixing butter & flour together into a thick paste (this helps thickens the cheesy sauce)

4. Mix in evaporated milk (this creates a richer taste than regular milk)

5. Add in grated mild cheddar cheese

6. Mix until the cheese is all melted, add in more evaporated milk if it gets too thick

7. Add in a pinch of salt and freshly grated nutmeg

8. Then, mix in the cooked macaroni until every pasta is coated in cheeeese

9. Plate up & Enjoy!
