I struggle A LOT with holding fat in my arms no matter what. Here are a few things I did to make them look leaner:
1. I started doing Pilates 4-5x a week. You can either sign up for classes or any pilates class on YouTube is for free and does the job the same
2. Started walking A LOT. Anywhere from 7,000-10,000 steps a day
3. STOPPED lifting heavy for upper body days. I actually completely stopped working out my upper body at the gym, and only doing Pilates/ super light weights for my arm/upper body workouts
4. High protein diet, lowered my carb intake. I didn’t cut carbs out, but I lowered my carb macros and started shedding weight.
