What I mean by “basics w a twist” 😉🌪️

I love adding interesting twists to my otherwise basic and largely monochromatic outfits. A subtle addition to a make a statement while maintaining a minimalist outfit.

Here are things I look out for:

• Design features that change the overall silhouette of the outfit (e.g. cinches the waist in/ asymmetrical off shoulder tops)

• Interesting embroidery/ eyelet details

• Something on the subtle side, so it can be reworn many times or paired with multiple wardrobe items

I’ve found them to be great conservation starters too ✨
