Quaint spaces in Penang - Norm Micro Roastery ☕️🌱

Paid this cafe a visit a couple days ago in Penang.

The first thing that hits you when you enter is the bright and airy architecture. Sky lights and high ceilings allow lots of natural lighting. They have pockets of green inside with light grey pebbles making it akin to a zen garden.

Immediately, it puts you at ease.

The coffee was soso but we quite enjoyed the dish we ordered — chilli jam scrambled eggs w crispy mushroom. The food was flavourful and the portion was sufficient (orrr maybe coz we came from eating char kway teow before this can’t remember).

A place worth checking out if you ever find yourself needing a short respite in Penang. 🍃🌱
