2. greek yoghurt
original 100ml = 100 kalori
low fat 100ml = 80 kalori
3. chicken breast
100 gram (panggang) = 216 kalori
4. Chia-Yo Granola (snack)
1 porsi (50gr) = 240 kalori
5. whole chips purple ube
1 porsi (25gr) = 120 kalori
makannya jangan banyak-banyak yaa hihi
4. oatmilk (oatside)
100ml = 65 kalori
5. banana
1 buah (sedang) = 105 kalori
6. apple
1 buah (sedang) = 72 kalori
