this time I want to share my weekly healthy shopping list on a budget!

1. Dairy

must item if shopping at the supermarket! fresh milk for coffee and plain yogurt 🤍

2. Fruits

I love bananas and dragon fruit, so this should be on the list!!

3. Snacks

fitbar and chocolate-flavored granola are also low in calories and delicious, you still have to eat a balanced diet

4. Grains

Wholemeal toast and oatmeal for breakfast and can be mixed with peanut butter is great!
