5 Things To Do in Early Csection Recovery: by a pre and post natal specialist❤️‍🩹

Research has shown that certain strategies can make a big difference. Here are 5 things I am doing directly post c-section to side I healing and recovery as I hear up to formally start my post pregnancy Ab Rehab program in another week or so:
