If there is anything I hate more, its falling sick. I hate falling sick because it prevents me from being productive and I cant get anything done because my body is too weak. This is why whenever I fall sick I have my go to remedies to make myself feel better. Let me share some of these tips with you guys so we can all recover quickly!

1. Throat relief

- Pei pa gao. A consumable OTC medicine that has natueal herbs, loquat and honey extracts. It relieves cough from cold and soothes sore throat and restores voice loss.

- Natural honey. It can bring relief for your sore throat. Simply mix 2 tablespoons of honey with a warm glass of water or tea to fix yourself a relaxing drink.

- Lozenges. Helps to soothe your throat as it slowly dissolves in your mouth.

2. Medication

- Danzen tablets are great to reduce pain and inflammation in your throat. You can get it at your local pharmacy or prescription from your doctor.

3. Water

- Drink up. You need to stay hydrated in order to thin mucus. Water helps to keep your throat moist. It's very important to stay hydrated, even though it hurts when drinking.
