Another day another killer workout… It was just another peaceful day of going for a 12pm BFT class then hitting the gym @ 2pm 🥵
Today, I focused more on my upper body. Since it’s the weakest part!!! And also because I’m already working on it at BFT, why not continue with other exercises as well.
@ BFT:
- Lats pull down
- Bicep Curl
- Tricep Extension
- Bent over row
- Incline bench press
(1 more exercise but i forgot what it was 😅)
Super upper body focused and i did the incline bench press the last and it was a killer!! We had to do a total of 3 sets of 10 and on my last set i couldn’t finish it with the 20kg bar LOL (no weights on it hahaha) and had to move down to a 10kg bar to finish the 10 reps. The rest were quite simple, didn’t struggle too much and i guess that means increasing the weights 🥲
1 bad thing about me is that I don’t push myself to failure, which is bad! Because then the outcome of all these exercises won’t be as effective which I am going to change after i get used to the movements of the exercises! (and especially if i’m not alone hahaha)
After that, I went to the gym for round 2 before having my lunch.
@ the gym:
- Lats pull down
- Assisted pull ups
- Cable row
- Renegade row
- Weighted back extension
- Bent over fly
I started with baby weights for all these to get use to the motion so i wasn’t really sore from these workouts but am planning on going heavier on my next back day.
I’m trying to eat a little healthier as well, trying to include more fruits into my diet and also vegetables and milk! (i HATE vegetables and i’m lactose intolerant so these two is hard) But i definitely feel the energy difference after adding fruits so give it a try!
