Natural Nails Growth 🤍✨

In the past 6 months I focused on my natural nails growth and was able to achieve amazing results 💅🏻

Here’s what I did that helped me grow them:

1: I started to used builder gel to help strengthen my natural nails. Due to the biting my nails were extremely thin, and in a sense still are! Builder really helped strengthen and kept them from breaking! The Builders I use are from TheGelBottle. Currently using the Clear BIAB.

2: Use cuticle oil AT LEAST twice a day. By doing that all the little pieces of hard skin around the nail were gone.

Some benefits of using cuticle oil are:

- Promotes nail growth

- Softens cuticles

- Prevents nail breakage

- Lengthens the life of your nail polish

- Keeps cuticles strong to prevent nail infections

- Improves the appearance of cuticles and nails

3: Started to perform Russian manicure on myself. I did lots of research for this one and watched plenty of videos before I felt comfortable enough to do this! I basically studies the anatomy of the nail in order to safely perform this type of manicure. You can check nailmartusa on IG, where she talks about nail anatomy, but also breaks down how to use different products and the difference between them.

Last but not least is that I also focused on hand skin care and nail care in general: hot oil soaks, hydrating hand gloves, doing infills every 2/3 weeks, and I started to use gloves when using cleaning products!!

The last photo is from many years ago, but it goes to show that there are really no bad or ugly nail beds or hands! With proper everything can look better 💅🏻🤍✨
