2. CLEAN YOUR CUTICLES: making sure you cuticles are clean so your nails can ACTUALLY grow!!

3. CUTICLE OIL: i use the flowery brand in rose scent

4. NAIL STRENGTHENER: i use the OPI nail strengthened

5. GLASS NAIL FILE: while this doesn’t help your nail grow, it helps prevent more breaks since a glass file is softer for your natural nail, and ONLY file 1 direction NOT back and forth
