Ingredients :
- 300g dark chocolate
- 150g unsalted butter
- 100g all purpose flour
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon hot water
- 3/4 espresso powder/nescafe powder
- 200g soft brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Steps :
- Apply butter to the baking pan
- Line the baking pan with parchment paper
( best to put two layers )
- Use the double boil method to melt butter and chocolate together
- Fill the pot with water and bring it to its boiling point
- Place the butter and chocolate on top of the the pot
- Stir until melted, then thoroughly mix until smooth and silky
- Put it aside to cool
- Mix the cocoa powder, salt, and all-purpose flour and set aside ( sieve )
- Mix 3/4 of an espresso or nescafe powder and two tablespoons of hot water together
- Beat eggs and brown sugar together until the sugar is dissolved, but don't beat too hard or for too long
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Add melted chocolate and butter
- Mix about 30 seconds
- After mixing the nescafe powder with hot water, add it and stir gently until well combined
- Put the items for the sieve in place little by little
- Stir the batter until all of the dry ingredients have dissolved; do not stir for an extended period of time
- Fill the baking pan with the dough
- Bake at 160° for 30 to 35 minutes
- Before slicing the brownies, let it cool
