🔹 Ingredients:
📌 Lean ground beef
📌 Onion
📌Parsley
📌 Garlic cloves (grated)
📌 Spices – salt, ground cumin, paprika powder, black pepper
📌 Olive oil – or other neutral flavored high-heat oil
📌 Tomato
📌 Bell pepper
📌 Skewers
🔹 Steps:
📌 Soak the Skewers: First, place the wooden skewers in a shallow dish of water and let them soak for few minutes.
📌 Next, place the ground beef, chopped onions, grated garlic, parsley, salt, cumin, paprika powder and black pepper in a food processor.
📌 Slightly pulse all the ingredients until well-combined. Don’t over blend the ingredients.
📌 Assemble the Skewers: Wrap a bit of the meat mixture around each wooden skewer, leaving space at the bottom for holding.
📌Oven baked the Kafta Kabobs: preheated the oven to medium-high heat, cook and the vegetables for about 8-15 minutes, flipping every so often.
📌 Finally, remove the kabobs from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before digging in.
