where to get subsidised anon STD testing in sg 🤓🩺

If you've been thinking of getting an STD/STI checkup but you're afraid of the stigma or how expensive it can be here is my guide!

After much googling I found that DSC clinic offers subsidised testing and transparent pricing. You can view them all on their website if you want to gauge how much it'll be!

🏥 DSC clinic — 31 Kelantan Lane (Near jalan besar/ little india) It is a subsidised clinic funded by MOH, it's also an anonymous clinic so you can register without your IC.

Literally everyone is there to get tested in some way so there's no need to feel like you're being judge.

💡Be sure to make an appointment — The appointment wait time is about 2 months so plan ahead, if you're experiencing serious symptoms please visit a private clinic!

💸 I paid $184 for quite a bit of testing that would have cost me $500+ In a private clinic, I can't remember exactly what are the test I did but Im sure it was everything except for a pap smear since Im not of age yet.

It took me about 2 hours from the registration, consultation to the different testing. There was not much people at the clinic, about 2 other person there waiting to be tested too.

During the consultation you can let the doctor know any symptoms you're experiencing, and the specific test you want to do. I didn't know what test I wanted so i just did everything 😃

I had to do a blood test, a throat swab, and a cervical swab. All my doctors and nurse were female too! 👩🏼‍⚕️☺️
