Craving pasta on keto?

I had such a craving for some chicken Alfredo! 🍝

Instead I did a stuffed chicken breast, filled with a cream cheese, broccoli, spinach & mozzarella mixture; then topped with a creamy homemade Alfredo sauce & crispy bacon 🤤

I took some chicken breasts, butterfly cut them, seasoned on both sides (I used salt, pepper, Sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, & Italian seasoning) - seared them in a pan then stuffed them with my filling, baked them in the oven on 375F until the internal chicken temp was 165F

My Alfredo sauce was made with butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, fresh Parmesan, garlic power, onion powder, black pepper & salt, mixed until it thickened up then served on top of the chicken breasts with crispy bacon pieces! 😋
