Creamy Risotto 🧅🧄🍚🧀

In this summer heat, let’s stay out of the kitchen as much as possible! Quick and easy creamy risotto recipe below ⤵️

Turn up the heat on 3 cups of chicken broth. In a separate pan, sautee 1/4 onion and 4 garlic cloves (or onion and garlic powder when you want this to be an even faster meal prep situation) in olive oil. Coolk until fragrant. Add one cup of risotto and deglaze with 1/4 cup of white wine. Add onion, garlic, and risotto mixture into boiling broth. Turn down to a simmer. Once the broth is cooked down, add 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese and turn off the heat. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy

Serve with a protein and a veggie and you have a nice little dinner worthy of a glass of 🥂

**You can replace the risotto for white rice. It will be more sticky but equally as delicious

***in the fall 🍁I love to add roasted and chopped butternut squash or pumpkin into this dish
