After you have made my ricotta cheese recipe, gluten free pasta recipe, and bolognese recipe, it’s now time to put it all together into my fav dish - lasagna
First you’ll want to have you pasta rolled out and ready to go, and also shred some mozzarella. Start with about a cup. See how far it gets you
Here we go!
Brush baking dish with olive oil
One layer noodles
Layer of sauce
Layer of ricotta followed by heavy sprinkle of mozzarella
Noodles
Sauce
Cheese
See how many layers you get with your dish, but you always want to finish with cheese
Bake at 350°F for about an hour
Tip: if you want it lower carb for us PCOS girlies, switch out all or half the noodles for zucchini (make sure you slice and salt them first to get out as much water as possible)
