Oven Baked Ribs

I use one half rack ribs, because ovens are small here

Line baking sheet with tinfoil

Rub yellow mustard on both sides

Rub Dry Rib Rub on both sides (many recipes on Pinterest. I like the one below)

Cover with tinfoil

Bake on low heat (300°F) for 5-7 hours

Last half hour, uncover, brush with your fav BBQ sauce and turn heat up to 375°F

Rib rub:

Brown sugar

Paprika

Chili powder

Garlic powder

Salt

Black pepper

Cumin

Cayenne
