I Made My Own Croissants!!

I have been attempting to make croissants for a while now, and they are so difficult! This is my third batch and I think this one is finally a success.

They aren’t absolutely perfect, but for a beginner, I’d say these are some respectable croissants. They are nice and golden, crunchy on the outside, and have that honeycomb interior that I’ve been struggling to get!

Huge thanks to @Victoria for her tips from the last attempt, I gave these an extra fold and that really helped.

Now that I’ve figured out the basics, I’m sure there will be more croissants in my future! As well as pain au chocolat and pain au raisin 😋
