I tried to make Croissants 🥐

I made my first attempt at croissants, after my baking class in Paris!

They look adorable, so hopefully that counts for something 😂 but they aren’t very croissant-like. I’d describe them more as flaky biscuits. The layers are there, but they are very dense.

I had some issues with the yeast and getting them to proof correctly. I’m going to have to look into how I messed that up, but until then, enjoy looking at my croissant biscuits.
