Easy & Healthy Italian Style Dinner

I made this chicken caprese for dinner the other night and it was a big hit!

It’s super easy and absolutely delicious.

I followed the chicken caprese recipe from oursaltykitchen.com and used the same spice mixture as the chicken to sautée onion, zucchini, and squash.

I also fried diced potatoes in the air fryer and paired the meal with a Kaiser roll.
