Day 3 of my 75 Hard + Holy 40 Challenge

Today was so hard, oh my gosh. Absolutely zero motivation and I was just exhausted. I think it’s pre-exhaustion from school because man, this quarter is going to be tough.

Anyway….

6:30 am devotions before looking at my phone

30 minutes of nonfiction reading

45 minutes of exercising

3 glasses of water

*Not pictured* got food from Outback. I got the Alice Springs Chicken with rice and asparagus, and their Steakhouse Mac n cheese bites (I only had a couple)

Finished up the night with more school prep
