📖 Holy 40 Challenge Details:

1. Wake up Before 8 AM (Mark 1:35)

2. Spend time with Jesus for the 1st hour of the day (Psalm 1:1-3)

3. Move your body daily for 30 mins (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

4. Dedicate one hour towards your God-sized dream/goal (Matthew 25:14-30)

5. Prayer Walks for 15 mins (1 Peter 5:7)

6. Nourish your body with healthy Whole Foods (Psalm 24:1)

7. Journal what God teaches you (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
