Fitness Journey Update!

I know y’all love updates so here goes!

I’ve been on my fitness journey for about 4 months now and the changes I’ve seen in my body have been great so far. I believe I’m doing it the right way for me. In the past I’ve noticed that fast diets never worked for me and I’d just give up so I got a trainer to help lead me in the right direction. This was the best thing I could have done because I learned so much more about getting healthier. It’s deeper than just going to the gym and eating salads 😅 I’ve learned that protein and hydration is key!

These photos are about 4-5 months worth of progress. Would you believe me if I told you I’m the same weight in all these photos??? I’ve learned that body recomposition is a thing 😟
