Fitness Journey Update!!!!

Can I be vulnerable for a second…….?

So I am 17 months PP and I’ve noticed the weight wasn’t falling back off. I was 180lb when I got pregnant and I put on about 30 pounds during my pregnancy. I didn’t care as long as I had a healthy baby 😌 I currently have a trainer and we’ve been working together for almost 3 months now & DO YOU GUYS SEE THE DIFFERENCE????

My starting weight and current weight are EXACLY the same but I somehow managed to loose the fat and transform it into muscle! I still have a long way to go but the progress is definitely noticeable. I’m more motivated, have more energy & even enjoy going to the gym 3x a week!
