Easy Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

Can you buy tzatziki sauce in store? Yes, but can you save money and know exactly what ingredients are going into it? Yes! This sauce comes together in no time with simple ingredients.

Take 1 cucumber, cut it lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds. This can easily be done with a spoon. Chop up the deseeded cucumber (either fine or coarse, depending what you like) and add to your bowl.

Next add in:

-1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt

-chopped dill

-chopped parsley

-drizzle of olive oil

-at least 4 cloves minced garlic

-the juice from 1 lemon or lime

-salt and pepper
