If you make anything from my fall content this year, let it be these Starbucks dupe pumpkin muffins with cream cheese filling! So flavorful and super easy to make, we have been enjoying them for breakfast this week.

First mix the wet ingredients: 1.5 cups pure pumpkin purée, 1 egg, 1/4 melted butter, and 1 t vanilla.

Next you’ll add in the dry ingredients: 1.5 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon each of baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. I know you’re supposed to mix the dry ingredients first and then carefully add them into the wet ingredients, but this worked out fine and I didn’t want to dirty another bowl! Scoop these into a greased or paper lined muffin tin.

Next make the cream cheese filling by mixing: 4 oz softened cream cheese, 2 T sugar, 1 t flour, 1 t milk, and 1 t vanilla.

Put this in the corner of a ziplock bag and cut one of the corners to make a piping bag. I gently pipe about 1 teaspoon of filling into the middle of each uncooked muffin. You want to use all of this filling, it’s so good!

Bake in a 350° oven for 15-20 minutes or until the batter is cooked. THESE ARE SO GOOD!!!
