Lemon ricotta dip 🍋

This lemon ricotta dip is SO FLAVORFUL and honestly so beautiful too. It’s so easy: you just mix everything together, pour it into a greased oven safe container, and bake it!

Mix together: 2 cups ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan, the zest of a lemon, 2 tsp fresh thyme, at least 6 cloves of chopped garlic, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

Pour this into a greased casserole dish (I used a pie plate), drizzle with olive oil and another sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. That’s it!
