Best Salted Egg Pork Rice Ever? 😍

If you are a salted egg lover, you’ve got to try New Station Snack Bar’s Salted Egg Pork Rice!

Located in the classic and retro looking Far East Plaza lies this awesome and homely eatery. Visit on a weekend and the snaking long queue will be a testament to how good it is!!

Their Salted Egg Pork Rice ($10.00) is highly recommended! The salted egg is so rich and creamy with a very slight hint of spiciness. It goes perfectly well when paired with the fragrant white rice. The pork cutlet were fried to golden perfection too! What I particularly like was the crispness of the pork cutlet. Pair the dish with a fried egg for extra awesomeness~~

All these washed down with the Iced Barley ($2.00) which was very refreshing!

They do have alot of other tze char style dishes too which I have tried before in previous visits but didn’t take photos of it 🙃 Do give them a try too when you are there!
