📖 read a book

✍️ journal or some kind of writing

🧘🏽‍♀️ meditate and sit with “silence”

🙆🏻‍♀️ stretch like the old ladies you see at the park; they’re onto something!

🎶 listen to music without visual distraction

📞 call a friend; video or audio

🗣️ start a conversation with a stranger (if it’s safe)

We’re so glued to these little devices. As beneficial as they are they do contain a lot of distractions that can result in harmful behaviors, coping mechanisms, and habits. So stop scrolling & choose an alternative 🤎
