Zucchini Muffins!

Zucchini Muffin recipe:

*Ingredients and measurements;

-3/4 cup flour

-1/2 sugar

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 teaspoon baking soda

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

-1 egg

-1/4 cup oil

-1 cup zucchini

*Directions;

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon.

3. Measure the oil in a liquid measuring cup, add the eggs to the oil, mix with fork until it is completely mixed

4. Pour oil and egg mixture into the large bowl, stir JUST UNTIL MOISTENED NO NOT OVER MIX

5. Fold in zucchini

6. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter

7. Pour batter in muffin pan

8. Bake for 22 min

9. Let cool for 5-7 min

10. ENJOY
