it’s been a while. as i’m getting back into the swing of things, i’ve thrown together the most achievable challenge to celebrate the leap year!

a lot of intention went into creating this challenge. each day focuses on a simple and yet key part of developing any habit — initiation.

this challenge is not about unlocking your next level of potential. it’s not about manifesting a new life. it’s about taking steps forward in this life. it’s about the discipline of doing.

some of these tasks might feel “too easy” and it may not feel exciting to complete them. do them anyways.

some of these tasks might feel “too simple” and it might feel silly to celebrate your achievement of the day. celebrate anyways.

as i write this, im on my third glass of water. i’m excited to fill my fourth. and who knows? it just might encourage me to go for a fifth.
