Sick season is upon us!! Here are some ways to stop and kill a virus once you think it is here.

Wash everything!! Not only will you feel fresh but you'll help get rid of unwanted bacteria. This includes bedding and clothing but also disinfecting surfaces and things around your home like remotes, door knobs, anything you touch frequently. Throw out the trash, you never know what is in there!

Also take a visit to your bathroom. Wash your towels and disinfect your bathroom. Replace your toothbrush and start fresh! Start fresh wherever you can and hopefully this will contribute to your home feeling much better as soon as possible.
