I Don’t Post My Boyfriend On Social Media

I used to share my boyfriend on social media back in the day. Every since I started growing it, I have stopped doing that. It is not shame at all to either of us, it is for privacy reasons and here's specifically why.

Not all my platforms are very large, but I do have a bit of a following on YouTube and that following can transfer around platforms of course. Just because I like to post myself, doesn't mean he has to sign up for that too. He does not really use social media much and I do not want to subject him to any sort of hate or oversharing that he does not want. Also, these are my pages where I talk about my passions and I like that it is separate from our relationship and just my thing.

It is also healthy for our relationship! I am am not a mage influencer by any means but often times you see relationships in the public eye struggle and that is not fair to either of us. He'll have a little cameo moment here and there but other than that, I like to keep our private details just for us and that is completely okay and healthy. I voice that I have a boyfriend and that I am in a long term serious relationship, there is no hiding! I just don't post him specifically or many details about us.
