Relationship Reminder About What Matters!!

So many people say how it is so important to continuously date each other when in a relationship for awhile. I totally agree with this! You should be going on dates and doing things together to keep the romance alive.

But I do find that I am happiest when we do little things together on a daily basis. Lately, we've been taking the dog on long walks after dinner together and this weekend we decided to go on a short jetski ride around the lake. Neither of these things take planning, or are extravagant by any means. But these are the things that make me the happiest. I think it is just having someone that is truly a partner, not just a "boyfriend" and the fact that spending time together doing anything, even super small things, makes me happy.

Anyone can find joy in getting dressed up and going somewhere fancy. But being the happiest in small activities is more important to me.
