The easiest meal to make for dinner

On today’s episode of “I ain’t no chef, but we gon eat…” let’s make some Cheesy sausage and peppers for dinner. It’s quick, easy and fairly inexpensive while still tasting delicious 😋

💖 Cut up 2 bell peppers and one onion (you can use more or less, it’s your preference). Add to skillet with butter

💖 Season your veggies to your liking. Once translucent, remove from pot and set aside

💖 Add Italian sausage to hot skillet. Brown on each side (optional)

💖 Remove sausage, chop them up and return to skillet to finish cooking.

💖 Add in pasta sauce (store bought or made from scratch, it don’t matter just add it 🤭). Make sure dish is seasoned to taste

💖 Add in Shredded Cheese (use what you have or go buy some mozzarella)

💖 Cook in oven for about 10 min or until the cheese is melted

💖 Let cool for a quick sec and then add it to a bun, rice, noodles. Whatever tickles your fancy chile
