Chicas, I’ve been getting a lot of DMs lately asking me for “natural” ways to start balancing your hormones w/o doing lab work. ⁣

Even tho I reeeeally recommend you get lab work, here is something you can do that is natural and won’t do any harm. On the contrary, you’ll be getting tons of vitamins, minerals and fiber. ⁣

Raw carrot salads is a natural way to balance estrogen levels and lower inflammation. This and celery juice are my go-to’s. If you don’t believe me, you can ask my friend @naylette who also swears by this salad. She is also working on her hormones and swears by this stuff. 😃⁣

✨SAVE THIS POST✨⁣

▶️ Bunch of carrots ( I save the one’s I don’t use)⁣

▶️ Wash and dry carrots⁣

▶️Peel carrots longwise ⁣

▶️ Add 1tbsp Coconut Oil⁣

▶️ Salt to taste ⁣

▶️ Garlic Powder to taste ⁣

▶️ Mix everything together and Enjoy! ⁣
