1 don’t go clubbing night life can be good but it can turn bad real quick 🪩❌

2 don’t meet new people/ start a new relationship work through your stuff so you don’t be tempted to trama dump❌

3 don’t speak to your abuser no contact mental abuse can effect more then you think ❌

4 don’t make and big permanent life changing decisions ❌

5 don’t be so hard on yourself you’re amazing you’re going through something right now it’s ok to not be ok❌
