A good leader has these traits 📈

Leadership isn't just about titles; it's about inspiring, guiding, and fostering growth. I believe a good leader has these traits - being empathetic, reflective, communicative, adaptable, decisive and follows through with plans and initiatives.

A leader sees the potential in others, believes in leading by example and inspiring others towards a vision or collective goal through respect, empowerment or enablement. (The complete opposite of micro managers 🙂)

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆: The ability to understand and connect with your team on a human level is so important. Empathetic leaders create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: Self-awareness is key. A great leader continually assesses their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
