Interior design theme: Modern minimalist with neutral colour schemes

🎨 Neutral color schemes can work to create a calming mood in your interiors. I wanted a house that’s really clean, comfortable, and calming to come home to. I went for a neutral palette mainly around taupe, cream, white and grey colours. I also incorporated textures into the neutral palette such as an off white carpet, limewash paint and curved corners and lighting.

These colours also go so well with each other so we don’t have to worry about matching colours. And I had a lot of fun searching for things specifically in neutral colour to fit the theme! Like…. A cream coloured tissue box holder, cream coloured foam roller (even paid extra for the colour lol), white silicone tongs, cream rubber gloves etc lol it’s an obsession and a dedication.

🛒 I got a lot of my interior deco such as cushions, vase etc from Taobao! They have sooo many aesthetic pieces in neutral colours. If you’re into neutral colours or specifically milk tea colours like me, search 奶油风 on Taobao and start exploring from there 😍
