Paint Colour we choose for our Scandinavian 🏠

Following up with my previous post. 🙌🏻

I am back to share the paint colour we choose to use for our Scandinavian home! 🏠 And trust me, it was such a tedious process. Because of how the colour is so different online and in reality. Being very careful when choosing our paint colour as we don’t want to regret it since it cannot be undone once up. And what worst - our ID wasn’t very helpful, he told us paint is the most dangerous part so he cannot don’t want to commit. Well well, I will have another post on how “helpful” this ID is and what we encounter. So you guys can try to avoid the pattern IDs will put up.

Back to what Scandinavian colour paint are?

It basically consist of warm and neutral colour and since we don’t want to go overboard it. We realised a few tips…

💡 Remember to stick to what you originally wanted. Reason - As you slowly tend to research more, you get expose to more colours that wow you. Then you will start having confusion of what you really wanted.

💡 Look up on Instagram tag, post - ID designs and the colours they use. Search on tiktok and lemon8. Google as well. Comparing around before you make the final decision.

💡 I have seen people ordering paint on shopee to test paint in their new house but I really feel that it not cheap and not really needed. But it really up to your personal preference.

❗️The toughest colour to choose is actually white because there are so many white paint available. It like crazyyyyyyy?!! In the end, we decided to go with sail white as it gives off a yellow tone kind of white during day light which makes the house brighter in a way.

Anyway - After careful consideration, you may refer to picture 2 and 3 on the paint colours we choose. And we are so glad, luckily…the colours turned out great man.
