I’m telling ya I used to be the ~queen of overeating during weekends or holidays and then restricting the week after.

And guess what that got me?

* an unhealthy relationship with food

* poor mental health

* obsession over food and calories

* poor/distorted body image

the worst thing you can do right now is start another diet.
